Searching for a cure..or...keeping faith??

Is there really a cure out there for Black magic? Surely if the answer to this question was yes there would no longer be any sign of evil Magic, but with anyone belonging to a religious group will understand that there exists both good and evil within this world. Whether it is there to test us or sent to us as a reminder of what is right and wrong. For some  black magic may even be their own choice of religion. All in all black magic has been present since the beginning of time and has affected people from every era, all around the world.

Just as there can be found a number of websites and videos encouraging people and leading them towards the practices of black magic. As the saying goes 'for every good there is bad'(atleast i think thats how the saying goes).

There are a number of websites available on the world wide web offering help and protection from the wards of evil. Some have been created completely for their own means, by that I mean they will charge you a fee and offer you amulets or talismans whereas others have been set up by genuine people who wish to help those facing hardship for unknown reasons (black magic). I came across a number of websites all trying to help those suffering from the symptoms of Black magic

The African magic site offering magical secrets at a price.

Vedic wisdom and astrology being offered to heal those searching for some form of liberation from the evil spirits

This website seems to be open to everyone and claims to cure Black magic however in order to access any further it requires subscription Black magic rescue website...
Another example a cure website this time a Rabbi offering to cure and write out talismans and amulets for black magic
going back to one of my first posts I came across a Brelwi website offering the same service creating amulets using Quranic verses

Also alongside these set up websites there can be found a number of websites and videos posted on youtube containing verses/chapters and guidance from various religious scriptures. Each preaching their own message and methods of keeping safe...ultimately keeping faith and trust in God!!

What some of the scriptures have to say....

Although i had some idea as to what the Islamic beliefs and rulings are on Black Magic I wanted to find out whether other relgions also have the same belief and try to articulate the reasoning behind the need of people wanting to use Black magic despite belonging to a religious group. Just to show you what Islam has to say on Black magic check this short but helpful video out, also throughout the Quran Black magic is mentioned many times, as practitoners were around before the time of the prophet. People of this time believed in magic themselves and just as the prophets before Muhammad (pbuh) accused the messengers of being magicians. These are just afew of examples of the Qurans mention and forbiddance of Black magic...

Surah Bakrah verse 102:They followed what the Shayatin (devils) gave out (falsely of the magic) in the lifetime of Sulaiman (Solomon). Sulaiman did not disbelieve, but the Shayatin (devils) disbelieved, teaching men magic and such things that came down at Babylon to the two angels, Harut and Marut, but neither of these two (angels) taught anyone (such things) till they had said, "We are only for trial, so disbelieve not (by learning this magic from us)." And from these (angels) people learn that by which they cause separation between man and his wife, but they could not thus harm anyone except by Allah's Leave. And they learn that which harms them and profits them not. And indeed they knew that the buyers of it (magic) would have no share in the Hereafter. And how bad indeed was that for which they sold their ownselves, if they but knew

Surah Taha Verse 63: "These two are certainly (expert) magicians: their object is to drive you out from your land with their magic, and to do away with your most cherished institutions"

My search on religious views on Black was showing me the same...all the established religions forbid the use of Black Magic and specifically warned against the use of Magic...Heres an example from the Bible...

Described by Paul in Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy, drunkenness, orgies, and the like.  I warn you, as I did before that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

Again with Sikhism there is a clear warning to stay away from Black Magic, in this video you can see how Joghinder Singh talks Black Magic and how a lack of belief pulls people towards the use of Black Magic....

Alongside all the other religions Judaism also disregards the world of Black magic as it seen to use the art of deception,as the other scriptures the torah can be seen to state the same and condemn its followers from the use of Black Magic, for e.g. in Rambam (Hilchos Avodah Zarah 11:16) the uses and dangers of magic are clearly stated.

..it gets worse...

The desperation of some people and their lack of belief in other practice is what I believe leads them towards adopting the evil practices of Black Magic.

Seems to be the case of not only humans being harmed in the name of magic but specific animals and insects are targeted and used for rituals of black magic. One animal that keeps cropping up in particular are owls...hunted and killed for their body parts which are regarded sacred and highly effective in certain rituals. The demand of owls is so great, they are being illegally hunted in India. It is sure to say that both humans and animals have all been affected by Black magic at some point and the forces of evil nature continue to dominate the lives of so many around the world...

I came across a museum found in Indonesia which is said to be a health museum but infact holds a number of objects that have been used or affected by black magic. The spread of Black magic and its effects can be felt throughout most parts of the world... despite the fact majority of these countries are considered modern, developed and advanced, somewhere and somehow there is no doubt black magic is being carried out creating a fear, leaving people vulnreable and unable to fully escape from the clutches of such magic.

Just when you think you've seen it all.....

Despite the rituals and beliefs of black magic formulating many a years ago...the number of stories i have stumbled across whilst doing this research is truely unbeliveable! People doing Black Magic on one another and carrying out some incredibly strange activities.... a news article I came across police arrested a man in Brazil who was using black magic in order to kill his stepson. He carried out the magic by inserting needles into his stepsons body and this was carried out in hope of seeking revenge from his wife.

Other various stories of people abusing and sacrificing their own children because of what black magicians have told them. Another news article tells the story about a couple who were instructed by a practitioner in Karachi to kill their 3 month old baby in order to get rich.

In congo the number of cases surrounded by Black Magic and its effects are truely visible by this story. The witch doctors of congo instruct all those who consult them to bring them the blood of their children as it brings 'good luck'. The belief that their childrens blood combined with the magical rituals practiced will help solve their problems is clearly a widespread problem in countries such as Congo where education and health facilities are low. Lack of resources is one of the reasons as to why witch doctors are continuosly visited by these people. Stories such as these unveil the harsh truth and the extent to which people around the world blindly follow black magic in the hope of achieving something. Sad but true....

Magical world of fashion

So far we've explored the Black Magic world in terms of what it consists of and some of the people who practice it. To think such a mysterious and dark world can enter fashion and become a trend is a little strange....but once again its real.

Images of human skulls and bones being implicated into fashion and clothing we witness all around us. Whether its jewellery or any other form of art, signs and symbols of Black Magic are commonly used.
Something else I have noticed recently is the commercialisation of Voodoo dolls which i realised after watching an episode of dragons den!!Voodoo dolls can be found exclusively on a number of store shelves. The term voodoo actually means the 'spirit of God' and each doll represents the spirit of a person...it is believed that believers of the powerful voodoo pratice can gain huge rewards. And by using a voodoo doll you are able to influence and change specific characteristics of a person so if you wanted someone to change their mind or do what you want them to then you create or purchase a Voodoo doll and bind the doll within a magical spell.

Voodoo dolls explained.  I mean don’t get me wrong the idea of people wanting to use voodoo dolls and such items to become friends doesn’t seem to be too problematic, but what about those people who take the whole idea of Voodoo a step too far? And simply use these magic items to afflict pain and hatred? Creating a place for voodoo dolls is creating an environment within which it is acceptable to use such methods, rather than say hello and become friends with someone people opt for these options....
.....I came across an extremely disturbing video what appears to be a boy of 10 years age, demonstrating how to make a voodoo doll out of a few household items. Check it out and Notice how he starts the video by saying I'm sure you all have enemies.....creepy.....
Heres a video showing some of the different versions of Voodoo dolls on sale out there...

....Tantriks and Man eating magicians

My search for Black magic around the world has shown me some extremely odd stuff and heres another!!.....Black Magic is prevalent throughout almost all South Asian Countries. This time Ive come across Tantriks in India, these supposedly holy men of India in fact lead a very different life. The term Tantriks refers to men who in search of their spirtuality have disregarded the material world and live a life of seclusion. The twist here is that unlike other Sadhus who live in Jungles or other various isolated places these men chose to live at graveyards. Not all but great number of them practise Black Magic...the first video I came across shows the true Indian holy men (Sadhus or Tantriks) as men who despite residing at graveyards and apply the ashes(remains) of cremated bodies on themselves as a sacred practice they simply opt a different way of living and cause no harm to others.

However, another video I came across which is in Hindi shows a very different side of these men. A news reporter reports some of the rituals if these Tantriks during the nightfall.

Coming out only in the dark and searching for human flesh to eat from whilst smoking intoxicating drugs. What first appears to be normal men in the form of sadhus suddenly turn out to be practicing black magic and carry out some alarming activities. Drinking alcohol using the skull of a human and eating the flesh that remains on the body of the humans cremated. It is difficult to understand such people and their activities but again for practitioners of Black Magic this must be the only way that they know. An article I came across writes on such Tantriks and their activities of Black Magic....take a look at it youself will help to show you how these Tantriks who practice deep spiritual rituals focusing on liberation and avoiding any major link with any mainstream religion have also been gripped by the evil practices of black magic

The phenomena around the world....

Black Magic and its roots are no doubt found all over the world. Although the western world that we live in does not openly witness the usage of black magic...and despite the modernization of many countries there can still be found a huge number of people and communities that continue to live their lives with the fear of Black magic and its affects. One video I came across although its a slightly longer video then the previous links iv given, shows a true picture of people who live in surrounded by such beliefs. In this part of Africa the presenter follows a story of people convicted for the illegal use of black magic and how some prisoners have been locked away for using magic to cause harm...he also questions how is it possible to punish people for crimes of black magic when there is no clear definition of the term available? A lengthy but interesting video to watch showing the lives of those surrounded by Black Magic around the world...check it out!

Heres another I came across searching for black magic around the world…I must say after watching this I am frankly alittle frightened as it is shot in Pakistan. As mentioned in my first post Before starting this journey I was aware that Black magic was prevalent across most south asian and middle eastern countries but little did I know how openly people carry out their black magic activities and the availability of tools used in Black Magic.

The video is in Urdu but anyone watching will understand exactly what is going on. It shows the presenter of the documentary Sach Ka Safar-( the search for truth) following around a practitioner who takes him along whilst on a hunting trip where he kills an owl and then explains how various parts of the owl will be used in various black magic activities. The nails can be cut up and used for separation the eyes can be placed in kohl(eyeliner) to possess a lover etc etc the presenter then goes on to a market where he shows the availability of stuffed and other animals that will be sacrificed for the use of Black Magic. For those of you who are faint hearted I wouldn’t recommend watching the video but again an interesting find based around the idea of Black Magic.
