Black Magic and its roots are no doubt found all over the world. Although the western world that we live in does not openly witness the usage of black magic...and despite the modernization of many countries there can still be found a huge number of people and communities that continue to live their lives with the fear of Black magic and its affects. One video I came across although its a slightly longer video then the previous links iv given, shows a true picture of people who live in surrounded by such beliefs. In this part of Africa the presenter follows a story of people convicted for the illegal use of black magic and how some prisoners have been locked away for using magic to cause harm...he also questions how is it possible to punish people for crimes of black magic when there is no clear definition of the term available? A lengthy but interesting video to watch showing the lives of those surrounded by Black Magic around the world...check it out!
Heres another I came across searching for black magic around the world…I must say after watching this I am frankly alittle frightened as it is shot in Pakistan. As mentioned in my first post Before starting this journey I was aware that Black magic was prevalent across most south asian and middle eastern countries but little did I know how openly people carry out their black magic activities and the availability of tools used in Black Magic.
The video is in Urdu but anyone watching will understand exactly what is going on. It shows the presenter of the documentary Sach Ka Safar-( the search for truth) following around a practitioner who takes him along whilst on a hunting trip where he kills an owl and then explains how various parts of the owl will be used in various black magic activities. The nails can be cut up and used for separation the eyes can be placed in kohl(eyeliner) to possess a lover etc etc the presenter then goes on to a market where he shows the availability of stuffed and other animals that will be sacrificed for the use of Black Magic. For those of you who are faint hearted I wouldn’t recommend watching the video but again an interesting find based around the idea of Black Magic.

Ugh, the second video creeped me out. I felt so sorry for the owl. How can people be so evil? what has the worlf come to? or has it been this way all along, and we are just unearthing this kind of stuff now. I will so think twice before applying eyeliner again.
